
Refund For Self-Paced Courses
You have the right to cancel your registration up to three days after the course purchase date. Requests for cancellation must be made by contacting DevOpsU.org by phone at 1-855-800-8240 or by e-mail at support@quickstart.com. The request must be made prior to midnight (Central Standard Time/CST) on the third calendar day from the course purchase date. DevOpsU.org will not grant a refund under any of the following conditions: a certificate has been issued to the student, if course credits have been officially reported, or if the course has been completed.

Refund For Classroom or Virtual Instructor-Led Courses
You may cancel your purchase for a live class, without any cancellation fee, up to 15 days prior to the class start date. If the course has been completed, the course is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the class start date, the class is non-refundable. You will have the option to reschedule the class at no additional fee, on a space-available basis. If authorized to reschedule to a later course date or an alternative course, this option may only be chosen up to two (2) times. In the event you have a master subscription, there is no course rescheduling limit.
If you are unable to reschedule the class, select an eligible alternative course, or the class is no longer offered by DevOpsU.org, a refund will not be provided. Please notify a DevOpsU.org representative as soon as possible if you need to reschedule a class, reach us by phone at 1-855-800-8240 or by e-mail at support@quickstart.com.
If the course(s) include physical or digital materials, you have the option to return such materials and book(s) or keep them at cost. If returned, physical materials must be returned to DevOpsU.org at your expense. Books must be returned in new condition, or the reimbursement will not be processed. Once the physical materials are received, the refund will be processed minus a $25.00 restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If digital materials are redeemed, the course is non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Students Utilizing Military Funding or Called to Active-Duty Service
A student who withdraws from QuickStart because of the student being called to active duty in a military service of the United States or the National Guard may elect one of the following options for each program in which the student is enrolled:
- If tuition and fees are collected in advance of the withdrawal, a pro-rated refund of any tuition, fees, or other charges paid by the student for the program and cancellation of any unpaid tuition, fees, or other charges owed by the student for the portion of the program the student does not complete following withdrawal.
- (a.1) Pro-rated refund: If a military student withdraws from a course after the first day of classes but before the 60% completion point of the course, the tuition and fees will be prorated based on the percentage of the course completed.
- (a.2) Pro-rated determination stands unless otherwise directed by Official Channel (ESO), Military Provider, or Credentialing Assistance Office that was the point of origin of payment.
- A grade of incomplete with the designation "withdrawn-military" for the courses in the program other than courses for which the student has previously received a grade on the student's transcript, and the right to re-enroll in the program or a substantially equivalent program if that program is no longer available, not later than the first anniversary of the date the student is discharged from active military duty without payment of additional tuition, fees, or other charges for the program other than any previously unpaid balance of the original tuition, fees, and charges for books for the program.
- The assignment of an appropriate final grade or credit for the courses in the program, but only if the instructor or instructors of the program determine that the student has:
- (c.1) Satisfactorily completed at least 90 percent of the required coursework for the program; and
- (c.2) Demonstrated sufficient mastery of the program material to receive credit for completing the program.
- (c.3) Unless otherwise directed by Official Channel (ESO), Military Provider, or Credentialing Assistance Office that was the point of origin of payment.
- 1. Refunds will be consummated within 60 days after the effective date of termination.

Class Cancellations For Subscription Services
You may cancel a live class without a cancellation fee up to 15 days prior to the class start date. If you cancel the class less than 15 days prior to the subscription class start date, then DevOpsU.org will charge a 25% cancellation fee of the total subscription value, and you will not be able to take another class until the fine is paid. Please notify a DevOpsU.org representative as soon as possible if you need to cancel a class, reach us by phone at 1-855-800-8240 or by e-mail at support@quickstart.com.

Cancellations And Reschedules
DevOpsU.org assumes no liability for any non-refundable costs that the student or DevOpsU.org may incur on behalf of the student, for a class (for example: a laptop, internet bills or subscriptions, etc.). Any refund amount due to students from DevOpsU.org will be refunded within 30 business days.
